The Tucson Institute of Professional Educators is a group of educational practitioners who want to do more. Our aim is to promote teaching and learning excellence through the face-to-face delivery of exciting, innovative programs by well-qualified and highly experienced presenters for educational practitioners, and for those interested in good educational practice who want to know more. Our events focus on classroom practice and methodologies, materials and resources and are both practical and immediately useful, and we intend that participants can take what they acquire from our events and use them in their very next lessons. It is our belief that the best ideas in teaching are usually someone else's, and that teachers become more effective through sharing, and through reflection on, good practice. Currently, anyone can attend our events, however some events in the future will be restricted to members only. Current member benefits include :
Applying for membership is simple : download and print a copy of the Membership Application form and of the Terms and Conditions, sign them and send them to us with the necessary payment. Please note that all signatures must be originals and so we advise you to use blue ink when signing these forms. Each time you wish to register for an event or events, download and print a copy of the Event Registration form, sign it and send it to us with the necessary payment.
