Please read the Terms and Conditions below carefully before signing / co-signing.

Membership of the Tucson Institute of Professional Educators is annual and runs 1 July - 30 June ,and these Terms and Conditions apply only to the current year. Membership confers the benefits of advance notice of events, reduced prices and preference for event registration where a waiting list applies.

Registration for a Tucson Institute of Professional Educators event is on a "First Come, First Served" basis. Places are strictly limited and a place is not guaranteed until payment is received. An intending participant who delays payment, for example until the day of the event, risks a place being unavailable. Minimum and Maximum numbers apply to each event, and where a minimum number is not reached an event may be postponed or cancelled. In this case, any registration fees paid can be transferred to another event during this year. Where a maximum number is reached and an event is fully subscribed, a Waiting List will be opened; if a cancellation occurs, or the event is repeated, places will be offered to those on the respective Waiting List however preference will be given to current members of Tucson Institute of Professional Educators.

Any payments should be made by check, payable to "Tucson Institute of Professional Educators". Please note that Registration payments are transferable but non-refundable, however any transfer of registration may be made only for that specific event and not to other or to future events. Tucson Institute of Professional Educators should be advised of the transferee's name as much in advance as possible, and a "top up" payment might be required where s/he is not a member of Tucson Institute of Professional Educators.

The starting and ending times of events as published are important, and late arrivals or early departures can adversely affect the outcome of the event and the experience of other participants. Late arrivals will not be admitted; registrations for future events from late arrivees / early departees may not be accepted at the ultimate discretion of Tucson Institute of Professional Educators. A coffee break is included in a half-day event, and tea and coffee are provided. During full-day events, coffee breaks are included in both the morning and the afternoon sessions and a lunch break is scheduled between; coffee and tea are provided, however lunch is not.
